    Operational principle


    The nitrogen generator adopts Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Its core principle lies in utilizing the difference in adsorption rates of oxygen and nitrogen on Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) to achieve separation:

    Adsorption Phase:
    Compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with CMS. Due to their smaller molecular diameter and faster diffusion rate, oxygen molecules are preferentially adsorbed. Nitrogen molecules, with their larger molecular diameter and slower diffusion, accumulate in the gas phase, forming high-purity nitrogen.

    Regeneration Phase:
    When the CMS in the adsorption tower reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to desorb the adsorbed oxygen molecules, restoring the adsorption capacity. The system typically employs dual-tower or multi-tower alternating operation to ensure a continuous nitrogen supply.

    Automated Control:
    A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) continuously monitors nitrogen purity. If the purity falls below the set value, substandard gas is automatically vented, ensuring stable output nitrogen quality.

    Purity ranges from 98% to 99.999%, meeting diverse industrial demands. Examples:

      • Food Preservation: 98%–99.9% purity inhibits bacterial growth and extends shelf life.

      • Heat Treatment Industry: 99.9995% purity provides an oxygen-free protective atmosphere, preventing metal oxidation.

      Modular Design:

      The equipment integrates modules such as compressed air purification systems, adsorption towers, and nitrogen buffer tanks. Compact structure minimizes footprint.

      Intelligent Control:
      Equipped with a PLC control system enabling one-button start/stop, automatic operation, fault alarms, and other functions. User-friendly operation with low maintenance costs.
