    The compressed air first passes through a pre-treatment system to remove oil, dust, and other solid impurities, as well as the vast majority of gaseous moisture. It then enters an adsorption tower filled with zeolite molecular sieve. Within the adsorber, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor in the air are adsorbed by the adsorbent, while oxygen passes through the adsorption bed and is separated. Typically, the system is equipped with two adsorption towers: one tower operates in the adsorption phase to produce oxygen, while the other undergoes desorption for regeneration. A PLC program controller governs the opening and closing of the pneumatic valves, enabling the two towers to alternate cycles continuously. This process yields oxygen with relatively high purity (93% ± 2%).
